So, today was the big Maxie "I love you." I have to say that I really hate how ugly Maxie can be when she's scared and hurting, but I love that she always admits to it. She owns her mistakes which has always been something I've liked about her. Her tearful ILY couldn't have been more heartfelt. Honestly, it was really beautiful and the kiss was amazing. My problem is that, to me it didn't seem like a realization... I hope this isn't one of those "ILY, but I'm not in love with you" things.

I hear you on that - still, I think Maxie meant 'in love with', based on her body language and what she said before the ILY. I'm going to be Pollyanna here :)

I'm going to hope she meant "in love" as well, because that's what I want to believe. *grin*
