Coop and Ashlee clips

As I previously posted, I have decided to clip scenes of them together and today that had three or four scenes together, so here they are.
Thoughts:
1. I don't care what anyone says, they just spark together.
2. Ashlee and Buzz's hug is a good enough reason to watch the clips.
3. The thing about Ashlee suggesting Beth, it was more teasing really. She even makes a bit of a snarky remark about how many times Beth has been married, so I thought that wasn't as bad as it could have been.
4. My twisted, curious nature got the best of me and I watched the Coop/Beth scene... I have two things to say: a. Blech, that was awkward. b. I actually literally shuddered watching it... I'm not joking either, I actually had a physical reaction.

Luckily I'm sparing you guys and these are only the scenes with Coop AND Ashlee. *grin*

wow, Coop and Ashlee still have it. Their scenes are brilliant together. My mom was sickened by Betoop too. She said that Ashlee is still in love with Coop and I think that is true for both of them. These scenes made me both extremely happy because it seemed like classic Cooplee and really sad because Coop is a dip for dipping into tar teeth. *sigh* Thank you for cutting out the ick. I know I couldn't have watched it. ***hugs*** You are so brave.

Oh, I know exactly what you mean, girlie. They are still so great together. It makes TPTB seem even dumber for splitting them up. I think Coop's hooking up with Beth is a way for him to deal with not being with Ashlee. But it still makes me shudder. *laughing*

ETA: It wasn't so much bravery as being a glutton for punishment. *grin*

I must be a glutton for punishment but I watched today even though I said I wasn't going to. And I thought the same thing, I don't think Ashlee was actually serious when she mentioned him asking Beth out. And did it seem to anybody else that when she asked Buzz if Coop was seeing anybody she really was hoping that he's not? Anyway I loved Buzz today when he said to Ashlee "you're a tough act to follow". I love Buzz. The scene with Beth and Coop almost made me sick. I was sorry I watched that part *grin*. srobinso21

Nah, Ash was definitely not seriously thinking Coop and Beth could work. She was definitely teasing. I wonder if the show will actually show her reaction to them being together. A good soap would, but I don't need to tell you that GL isn't one. So, you had the same sick curiosity as me, huh? *laughing* After shuddering and desperately wanting to gouge my eyes out, I feel much better. *giggles*

Hey Jenny! I'm so sorry I missed the big party today. I've been a bit incapacitated with a nasty flu bug that decided to go a couple of rounds with me (fortunately, I think I'm winning as I'm feeling on the mend today...finally!).

Thanks for uploading the Coop/Ashlee scenes for us. I completely agree, they have so much chemistry together and it is such a shame that they do not share more scenes together.

I loved the Ashlee/Buzz interaction (as always). And maybe it's just the optimist in me, but is it possible that the IIC over at GL could be positioniong Coop and Ashlee back into friendship with the possiblity of transitioning them back as a couple? For the most part I've given up on that particular dream but like I said, it may just be the optimist in me giving me a little hope. *grin*

Anyway you look at it, it was great seeing them together again. Thank you SO MUCH for not subjecting us to the Beth/Coop debaucle. I have a physical reaction just thinking about it...lol.

Emm! *hugs* I'm so sorry you are sick, girlie. I'm glad you are starting to feel better. Don't feel bad about missing the party, all the stuff will still be there when you feel better.

They just shine in scenes together, why is it we see that and TPTB don't. Ashlee and Buzz hugging was one of my favorite parts. They seemed so genuinely happy to see each other. *grin* I so enjoy your optimism, Emm. I feel like I have pretty much given up. I'm so tired of being disappointed.

There is no way I would post the Coop/Beth awfulness here. *laughing* I don't even know why I watched it. Clearly something is wrong with me.

Coop and Ash just shine in scenes together. Their chemistry is always... amazing.
Ashlee definitly wasn't being serious! I would love for her reaction. Maybe the GL writers are setting it up for them to be friends again and then possibly a couple again.

Once again, thanks for posting. I'm honestly just glad to see them back in scenes together.

They really do work so well together. Ashlee was kidding. The spoilers made that sound much worse than it was. I don't honestly have much faith in the GL writers, but perhaps if the ratings get even lower, somebody will step in and fix what Ellen Wheeler has done to GL.

Well, I had some positive thoughts as well and it was really nice to see them in scenes together again. The way they interacted was so like the old school Cooplee we all know and love and that was great to see. I think John and Caitlin should get all the credit for that.

Jenny I think I retract my vote on the clips. I would love to see clips with Ashlee and Coop together and any other clips of Ashlee (i.e. with Buzz or any that make sense) would be appreciated too. I just finished scanning today's whole episode and while I certainly don't want to re-watch Coop/Beth, I think it was obvious there are no feelings there, just sex. He left Ava because that was all that was left of their relationship and he'll leave her too. I was so happy to see John and Caitlin together. The writers can't take away their chemistry with bad writing. Sorry GL the chemistry is still there. laceytree

If we get to a point when Ashlee gets her own storyline, I will definitely clip it. I would love to see TPTB hook her up with someone else and not this imaginary Cody she spoke of today. Hopefully with Phillip coming back this whole Beth/Coop thing won't last long. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Hey Jenny - watching that clip just makes me so sad.... I love when Ashlee gets Coop into all kinds of scrapes and he resists at first... but no... he can't fight the Ashlee steamroller *grin*.... and they are SOOO amazing together... they make most of the other couples on the show look completely lame in return. They just BOUNCED being back together in a scene - you could see it!!

Sorry I haven't been around lately... but I'm completely admirable of you continuing devotion to this couple - I would love to follow their characters onto other couples - but when they do CRAP like this why would anyone bother??

Spruce! You're ALIVE! *hugs* I've missed you, my dear. As for Coop and Ashlee... they've still got it. The crappy writers are trying to make them move on, but when they are in scenes together they just spark. I think John and Caitlin were probably happy to finally get to work together again and that translated on to the screen as well.

I would love to see Ash paired up with someone else, with Coop I'm not sure if I could ever like him with anyone but Ashlee. He is so much better with her.
