Hooray for Snow!

So, today we got an unexpected 3 inches of snow. The fam and myself went on a bit of a nature walk and I took some photos, and I thought they came out kind of cool so I'm going to post them. Also, I made some icons using them too.

Sidenote: I will be redoing my LJ tags over the next few days so hopefully they will be a bit more user-friendly.

I'm not sure which state you're in. but here in NC we got 3 inches last week too. We hardly ever get a lot. About 10 years ago we got almost 18 inches and the weather men didn't even report it. That was an awesome surprise. We were without power for 5 days. We got really cold. I love the snow though. These pictures reminded me of what it looked like at my house. Thanks for sharing.--BettyB

I'm from Ohio, so it's safe to say it snows here a lot, but it's usually not the big fluffy snow like we had yesterday. And usually it's too cold to enjoy it, so this was really a bonus day for us. We are actually expecting more snow tomorrow as well.
